Abstract
This article analyzing the relationship between digital transformation and the new collaborative work schemes that will result in the post-pandemic, focused on business continuity (and also the continuity of social life), generating a guideline to do for enterprise Ecuadorian Market. We analyze how to reinvent our organizations and business models, with the Hyperconnected society, data, information, and knowledge, platforms with ecosystems that generate new production models designed to be resilient.
