The first study examines health promotion and prevention of Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) among older adults at the Clemencia Foundation and Sofia Ratinoff Nursing Home in Ecuador. It highlights the prevalence of diseases like hypertension and diabetes, identifying risk factors such as poor diet and lack of exercise. The second study reviews the literature on aging and physical-recreational activities at the Sofia Ratino Nursing Home, suggesting multifaceted strategies to enhance motor skills. Another explores underdamped elastic response spectra using Newmark's β-method for seismic analysis. The next research analyzes the psychological contract and job performance through a bibliometric approach. Continuing, the implementation of ISO 14001:2015 in Ecuador is discussed, emphasizing the growth in environmental certifications. Another project focuses on preserving Afro-Esmeraldean ancestral knowledge, promoting cultural diversity and educational integration. Additionally, methodological strategies to enhance mathematics teaching are reviewed. Lastly, an analysis of reconditioning electric vehicle batteries for alternative uses is presented, offering insights into sustainable practices and energy solutions.
