The first issue of the 2025 edition of the journal “Edwards Deming” presents research covering various fields of study, highlighting the importance of sound frequencies and their application in multiple disciplines. An interdisciplinary analysis of the concept of frequency is carried out, covering its mathematical definition and its role in acoustics, medicine, electronics, physics, and astronomy. Frequency, measured in hertz (Hz), is essential for understanding wave and vibration phenomena. The study includes experiments that show the visualization of resonance patterns using a loudspeaker, balloon membrane, and sodium bicarbonate, validating classical acoustic theories and suggesting potential therapeutic applications. In addition, it aims to evaluate how different geometries and materials affect the formation of complex resonant patterns and their bioenergetic potential, highlighting the interest in the therapeutic properties of sound. This approach reveals a growing interest in integrating acoustic analysis into vibrational medicine, neuroscience, and bioengineering, promoting a deeper understanding of the interaction between sound and matter.
